Our guarantee

We want you to be happy with your order. If an item arrives defective or damaged, we'll replace it or refund it within 30 days of delivery.

What we can and can't accept

• We accept returns for defective or damaged items.
• Because every item is custom printed to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size chosen. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We review requests within 1-2 business days and, if approved, send a prepaid return label or a free replacement at no cost to you.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us within 2 hours of ordering. After that, production may have begun and we can't guarantee a cancellation.
