Filing a takedown notice

Email [email protected] with the subject "DMCA Notice" and include:

• Your contact information (name, email, address).
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing design or page.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

After we receive a valid notice

We will review and, where appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to the material.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.

Repeat infringers

We may remove designs and restrict accounts of parties who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
