Shipping & delivery

How long does shipping take?

Every order is made to order, so production takes about 2-5 business days first. Then US shipping is Economy (5-10 days), Standard (3-7 days) or Express (2-5 days). International orders typically arrive in 10-25 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes - US Economy shipping is free on orders over $100. Standard and Express are $8.99 and $14.99.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes - we ship to the US plus 40+ countries across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. See our Shipping Policy for the full list of supported and unsupported countries. If your country is not shown at checkout, we cannot ship there yet. International is a flat $14.99, and any customs duties are the customer's responsibility.

Sizing & product

How do I pick the right size?

Each product page has a size guide with measurements. The easiest way to get it right is to measure a shirt you already love and match it to the chart.

Are the colors accurate?

We aim for accuracy, but colors can vary slightly with your screen and the printing process. Prints on dark garments can look a little different from the same art on light ones.

Orders & payment

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. After that, production may have already started, so changes aren't guaranteed.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards, plus the express wallets shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely; we never store your card details.

Returns & support

What's your return policy?

We replace or refund defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery. Because items are custom printed, we can't accept returns for the wrong size chosen - please check the size guide first.
