DMCA & Copyright Policy

FlyTino is a print-on-demand marketplace where independent artists list their own designs. We respect intellectual property and act on valid copyright complaints under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe a design infringes your copyright, please send us a takedown notice using the form below.

How takedowns work

When we receive a complete, good-faith notice we remove or disable the reported design promptly, notify the artist who listed it, and record the report against their account. Artists who receive repeated valid complaints have their shop suspended under our repeat-infringer policy.

What your notice must include

• Your name, mailing address and email so we (and the artist) can respond.
• A description of the copyrighted work you own.
• The exact URL(s) of the design or page you are reporting, and the artist name if shown.
• A good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorized to act for them.
• Your electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If your design was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice by emailing [email protected] with the removed URL, your contact details, your electronic signature, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error. If we receive a valid counter-notice we may restore the design unless the original complainant pursues a court order.

Repeat-infringer policy

It is our policy to suspend the accounts of artists who are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices. We also remove content proactively when we become aware it is infringing.
